We collect the business contact details you send us through our forms, and we use them to reply to you. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party marketing pixels. We use a small amount of essential storage to make the site work, and (only if you accept) cookieless analytics that tell us which sections are useful.

We receive what you enter when you submit a form on this site.

• Free audit form: your full name, work email, facility or company, role, number of centers and average monthly implant cases, plus anything you add under “Referred by” or in the message field, and the estimate the calculator was showing.
• Partner application: your full name, email, company or practice, and your message if you write one.
• With each submission we also record your browser’s user agent string and, for the audit form, the page it was sent from.

These are business contact details. Please do not put patient information in any field.

To reply to you, to schedule and run your free audit, to review a partner application, and to credit a referral. We do not sell it, and we do not use or share it for advertising.

Three service providers process it on our behalf so the site can run. Vercel hosts the site. Neon hosts the database where submissions are stored. Resend delivers the email that tells our team a submission has arrived.

Lead details are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and are deleted on request through the contact form.

These are required for basic functionality and cannot be turned off. They stay on your device and are not shared with third parties for advertising.

If you accept, we enable Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate traffic: which pages and sections visitors reach. It is designed to be privacy-friendly: it does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you across other sites. If you decline, analytics is not loaded at all.

• No patient health information (PHI) is ever collected on this site. It captures business contact details only.

Use the Cookie preferences link in the site footer to reopen the banner and accept or decline at any time. You can also clear this site’s storage from your browser settings, which resets your choice.
